Što je život bez umjetnosti svjetla, te nove umjetničke discipline koja je iz muzejskih prostora izašla van, na ulicu, među ljude... Umjetnici svjetla upotrebljavaju grad kao slikarsko platno, njegove zgrade i spomenike, njegovo noćno nebo, njegova šetališta i trgove. Svjetlom stvaraju inovativnu umjetnost koja utječe na naše emocije.

Umjetnost, dizajn, spektakl, zabava, arhitektura, sve je to Festival svjetla. Festival dobrih emocija i lijepih prizora zbog kojeg je svijet oko nas barem na trenutak potpuno drugačiji, šareniji, blještaviji.

U sve više gradova diljem svijeta Festivali svjetla postali su tradicijom. Kreativni majstori podarili su novi život znanim gradskim simbolima zaodjenuvši ih u živopisne boje. U Zagrebu je prvi Festival svjetla održan 2017. godine. Proljeće se slavilo spiralnim svjetlosnim objektima, svjetlosnom harfom, laserskim labirintom...

Zagrebački Festival svjetla događaj je koji najavljuje turističku sezonu i vabi na uživanje na otvorenom u proljetnim večerima u inovativnoj umjetnosti i čaroliji svjetla, razigranog i radosnog. Ovaj je Festival još jedan razlog za posjet Zagrebu.
